Richard Crofts
Richard was brought up in and around farming in the county of Warwickshire and has always had a passion for Country Sports.
After 17 years’ experience in both Game Hatching and Rearing but also Shoot Management, Richard has gained invaluable knowledge from both behind the scenes and in front.
Richard prides himself in making sure that Sporting Estates and Game Farms get a second to none service which they deserve. Whether it is Chicks, Poults, Game Cover or Rearing Systems we would love to work with you.

Lizzy Crofts
Lizzy’s family routes are from the farming industry. Having grown up on her family arable and livestock farm, Lizzy has always had a love for the countryside.
Lizzy works hard organising logistics & company operations together with marketing and is office based.
With her understanding and knowledge of the company she is integral to the continued growth of RC.
Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator
Meg Durose
Meg has recently joined RC to look after Shoot Co-Ordination, Seed and Game Sales Logistics.
With a passion for Country Pursuits, she has valuable experience in all aspects of the business.
Together with understanding the importance of attention to detail for every sector.
